自助打印服务机使用说明

1.服务对象：全日制本科生

Service Object: Full-time Undergraduate Students

2.服务项目：中文成绩单、英文成绩单、在读证明、预毕业证明等。

Self-service available: Student Certificate (Chinese-English bilingual), Academic Transcript in Chinese, Academic Transcript in English, Pre-graduation Certificate

3.服务时间：学生综合事务大厅开放时间（9:00-20:00）

Service Time: Student General Affairs Hall Office Time (9:00-20:00)

4.服务地点   Location：

朝晖校区学生综合事务大厅：朝晖校区尚德园综合楼架空层 

屏峰校区学生综合事务大厅：屏峰校区家和东苑15#架空层

Location：

Zhaohui Campus: Shangde Building (Student General Affairs Hall)

Pingfeng Campus: East 15th (Student General Affairs Hall)

5.收费标准 Charge Standards：

在校生成绩单类（含中、英文成绩单）免费打印3份、证明类（含在读证明和预毕业证明）免费打印3份，超出免费份数后均按5元/份收费。毕业生成绩单、证明等文件，均按5元/份收费。

For undergraduate students who haven’t graduated:

(1)3 Free copies for Transcripts (Chinese and English included)

(2)3 Free Copies for Certificates ( Study Certificate and Pre-graduation Certificate included).

5 RMB/Copy will be charged when you print more than 3.

For graduate students: 

No free copies graduates. The transcripts and certificates for graduate students will be charged as 5 RMB/Copy. 

6. 问题反馈   Report a Problem

(1) 遇到打印机卡纸等机器故障，可点击屏幕右下方的故障报修按钮

Click the button (at the bottom right of the screen) to report a problem if there is a machine error.

(2) 若对成绩、证明有疑问，请及时向教务处反馈。

7. 该系统启用后，不再提供其它渠道的成绩单和证明打印。

The self-service printing machine will be the only way to get transcripts and study certificate after the system is officially launched.
